How long does it take to get my order?
We provide next day delivery if your order does not require insurance preauthorization. Some high-end products that require home assessment and preauthorization may take up to 45 days.
What insurance do you take?
We accept Medicare, Maryland Medicaid, District of Columbia Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Private Health Care Program, and self-pay.
How do I get training on my new equipment?
No problem! Our certified technicians will provide hands-on training in the comfort of your home. Together we will develop a follow-up schedule until you are comfortable with your new product.
Will I get maintenance on my new equipment?
Yes, we will set-up periodic maintenance of your product during the warranty period at no cost to you. After the warranty period, we will repair your equipment on a call basis and charge the cost to your insurance or responsible payer.
What is your return policy?
You can return our products within 30 days of initial delivery.
What if there is a defective part?
Our certified technicians always inspect our products to make sure they are defective-free. However, we will replace any defective parts or products in accordance with manufacturer's warranty, at no cost to you.
